1. General Rules

By using the tbaja website (tbaja.cam) you fully agree to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between tbaja and its users. tbaja is an online betting and gaming platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

• Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
• All funds deposited into a minor's account will be returned, however any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 10x (the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times).
• After receiving the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• If any fraud or misuse of the bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Having more than one bonus active on an account at the same time is prohibited.
• Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts.

• Threatening, harassing or providing false information to other users.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tbaja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If false identity or information is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement agency.
• If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account under the responsible gaming policy.

Users may also close their account at any time. In that case, any legitimately withdrawable balance will be returned, however any bonuses or funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
